    "Mixed-compression" in Nero Recode ?

Like DvdShrink, can Recode apply various levels of compression to one title ? (in "Recode [...] to DVD")
My first post here, so thanks for the response !

Hi and welcome to the forum, grootelulu!

If I rember that right you used reauthor mode and used various compressions for different chapters?

DVD Shrink is a free and user-friendly dvd backup tool, enabling you to make backup copies of your DVDs to a single DVD±R/RW or Dual-Layer DVD+R. DVDs too big to fit on a DVD±R can be edited and/or compressed. DVDShrink.info does not condone the copying of DVDs in countries where it is illegal.

This is not possible in Nero Recode 2.

      Hi venerable Cynthia !

The only solution I found is to import many times the same title (in Remake a DVD) and to use the "Start/End" option (for example title 1 with chapter 1-15 and title 1 (2) with chapter 16-16 (end credits)). Then you can use the slide bars to apply various compressions for each titles
But I think it's still a lame solution, DVD Shrink does it better.
(sorry for my poor english, hope you understood all what I said...)
