    FlaskMpeg 0.6

When I'm trying to encode my .VOB files into DivX with FlaskMpeg, my system is running out of system resources at about 16% of the procces. How can I solve this problem? I have an P4 1700 Mhz and 1Gb of RAM memory... Running W98SE

Have you tried using version 0.594 instead? I've always liked it better than 0.6. No guarantee that you won't run into the same problem again, but you never know if you never try.

p.s. Have you tried using any NT-based OSes instead? My P4 system has never benefited any less by using Win2K.

well, I did tried flask 0.594 but is the same. Also I have other problems I found people have on other posts, like Flask crashing on exit etc. Im using win 98se, but haven't tried win NT x yet.

Anyway, I checked every last post an followed every advice, and it keeps freezeng. I guess is something to do with the hardware, couse there are people claiming they never had a problem, and I believe them.

well, I hope it solves somehow...

        thanks again for the help.
