    100% CPU Ussage While decoding

I recently update via windows update my audio drivers .... a few weeks later i had problems with dvd shrink and vso they wouldn't work properly. unknown at the time i didnt relate the 2 together. after alot of updates etc i reinstalled windows 2k and only then did i realise that the new drivers interfere with the decoding sequence .... no i've re installed w2k and can decode etc now. but the cpu is running at 100% ussage.. It never got over 65% b4 letting me use the computer for other simple tasks like listening to music.
Can anyone help to get it back the was?

    you mean encoding?

its supposed to be at 100%, there is no problem! to be able to do other tasks while shrinking, tick the box "run in low priority mode" in preferences
