Dvdv_irs & Video_ts

I have a Toshiba DVD recorder that burns discs using DVDV_IRS (DVDV_REC.IRS) and VIDEO_TS files. Pinnacle Studio 10, Nero 7, Intervideo WinDVD Creator can't import these files and DVDDecryptor thinks the disc is empty. What do I need in order to move these files into DVD-Video?
