Just Uploaded TW Ver 4.1 release

MenuMaker:
Added Audio -- Remember 48Khz for dvds
(Besweet & Belight are painless for mp2 conversions)
Allowing -- Per Button selection of frames images, display rules
A number of buttons to auto fill all menu movie button cells
Cleaned up Silence.mp2 -- No more "Please remux" in DvdAuthor
Added: Tw will turn off your "Load Vts with generic " option in Settings if any movie cells have "Apply TitleWriters Generic Vts Menu to this movie" unchecked
Fixed - Many small silly things/errors in the MenuMaker GUI
Removed -- SimpleMenus from TW (No longer really needed)
Updated Help

Thanks for new release.
It works well.

Installd silence.mp2 seems to cause something problem. Menu has noize(sound). It is heard when change to menu or from menu.
I created silent file by 'silence' which is jsoto's tool. (It is outputed as mpa, so I renamed to mp2.) The problem was resolved by using this file instead.

I have a question.
Where is "Load Vts with generic " option in Settings ? I couldn't find it.

Oh crap I had My audio volume cranked down -- never heard it popping like that -- Working on it


I shorthanded my description of the settings option a bit its
actually its If Generic -- Import Menu from Vts_01 for all VTS titles ...

All that option did was allow me to reduce the size if each of the old simplemenu folders -- and the user didn't have to select the same file over and over ) .(if that option was checked)

TW (On SaveChanges) using Menu Maker output in Beta was trying to apply the first Vts in Generated folder to all Movies where Apply Titlewriters Generic ... was unchecked
TW was going around in circles trying to make a dvd when the first menu was unchecked

Just Uploaded Ver 4.11 only change is the file Silence.mp2
Its now actually silent (had a setting wrong in Belight -- Sorry )

Thanks for the explanation about option. I confirmed and understood.
About it, after once "Load Vts with generic " option is turned off automatically, it never be turned on even though checking all "Apply TitleWriters Generic Vts Menu to this movie". It need to be turned on manually. But there is no problem "Load Vts with generic " option is turned off, even if "Apply TitleWriters Generic Vts Menu to this movie" are all checked. Why is it? The option doesn't influence?

The default setting of "Path to PgcEditPreview" seems to be installed folder, but the file is actually in its sub-folder "Tools", so it needs to correct every time of "Restore Default Settings". Isn't it author's intention?

In Menu Maker -- If all Use Tw's Generics are checked there are no blank "No Menu Selected" vts_titles lines in TW's Select Menu To ... Listbox -- so it doesn't apply
And really never will apply to Menu Maker Generics as I'm allowing the No Menu situation -- Probably useful for short clips,extended scenes etc vts's where chapter/setup menus are not really wanted.

That Option only is useful when using TW's Generics from the SimpleMenu folder which are pretty redundant now given that menumaker makes a better multimovie switcher fairly quickly.

I'll probably lose the SimpleMenu and the settings for Simplemenu Generics folder entirely in an upcoming release -- I Hate to do it as I'll have to rework the Help guides

Yes you are right -- The Settings option for PgceditPreview is obsolete -- I don't even use that setting and will remove and fix the bad Path to Pgcedit... traps in the next release

I'm going wait a bit on the next release while the bugs roll in

When you lose the SimpleMenu, VTS menu (chapter menu and audio/subpicture menu) become to customaized menu as VMGM menu ?

I intend to retain the simplemenu for the vts's -- but lose the SimpleMenu folder
Its exactly the same menu as used in all SimpleMenu folders -- its already in Tools/menufiles

I Don't even want to think about creating thumbnailable chapter/audio menus for each vts at this point

Caught a few more bugs about that blasted font selector -- will now load properly on initial update and show the right last font used for Menu generation.

And of course the Load Menu wasn't applying the saved font properly to current compiliation --Thats fixed.

Added the ability to delete a loaded menu selection in TW's Menu selector -- Not very elegant

If user hits cancel on browse a question pops up asking whether to delete or not. Sleazy but functional

Fixed the path to Pgceditpreview -- actually just removed it since I Know its in tools

And removed all support for SimpleMenus -- They are now treated as any other menu if used (No extra support to copy vts1 menu to all vts's)

Heres the code 4.12 -- You can play with it -- Hell you found half the bugs in prior versions

Updated Help a bit -- It simplified Help//Add A Menu losing that SimpleMenu overhead (Not Uploaded)

Sorry my description was bad.
I don't think it needs to thumbnail, too.
(1)I hope it doesn't show the button of chapter and stream which don't exist.
(Customized movie menu is so, and diifferent from template showing pre-definited number(chapter 33, audio 4, sutitle 3).)
(2)I hope it shows what kind of stream, like English or Japanese or director's commment or etc..
(Customized movie menu is so, and diifferent from template showing just only audio1,2,3,4 and subtitle1,2,3.)
