Add the translation to the movie's contents

Hi Folks!

I’ve a movie, I want to attach it to an Hebrew translation,
I use MicroDVD software to do it but I need the translation to remain with the movie,
Without the need to run it from MicroDvd evrytime I wanna watch,

How can I put the translation text permanently with the movie contents?

Use Sub-station Alpha to create the subtitle script, and then using the Virtualdub subtitler filter (Available from here), merge it with the video.

p.s. One warning. It may not be an easy task to successfully synch. and time the subtitle script along with the audio. Patience is a virtue here.
