Index of scan line out of range in TMPGEnc??

I am trying to convert an AVI file that has an MP3 codec to the usual M2V and MP2 files using TMPGEnc.... it is giving me an error message saying "Index of scan line is out of range(240)" Any ideas why this is????

This is a corrupt frame in your AVI. (downloaded by any chance?)
You can use Virtualdub to mask the bad frames and either use Direct stream copy to make a new AVI or frame serve it to TMPG.
