Recover Data from an open Session or not finalized DVD

Hello everybody.

Ihave an DVD-R TDK here, on there is Data in an open Session or there was an error while finalizing the Disk.

I have no chance to try finalzing the disk on the original machine, I need to use the resources here. (Finalizing with Nero fails.)

Is there any tool for DVD's like Easy Recovery for harddisks?
