To anyone who can either answer my concern or has anything to do w/ the creation of SUPER (by eRightSoft) :
There is a very nasty Interlace problem when converting to AVI container using H264/AVC codec. Even when utilizing the "other options" tab and checking the "deinterlaced" option, there is still the interlaced output problem. I have started with clean high quality vobs and used SUPER with the containter/codec I mentioned and always get the choppy - horizontal rendering(interlace) when encoding.
Is there a fix or update or solution to this problem?
Thank you for reading and any help or solution is appreciated.Comment

Btw, there is another bug...when trying to use Direct Show filter option to resize to custom size, the sizing works out, but the audio gets disabled. even though every option seems to be properly in order. I have noticed this when using the container avi / codec h264 AVC and a few others I have tried.Comment

If you have found "bugs" with the program I would follow the advice on the download page.
Awaiting your feedback, as usual, by email or on the forum page.
Thank you for encouraging us to serve you with better softwares.

Did you look around at all? Contact & Support is the first place I look, and there it is.
As for the forum, you can use search or read the posts just like I had to do.
The FAQ is always good to read when new to a site or program.

DirectShow, no go with FLV conversion
Got a serious problem with the last version and the latest july 4.
Still can't use "DirectShow Decode" when converting files to FLV. Works fine if I turn it off. So I assume I haven't got the corresponding DirectShow ActiveX filter to decode the file. This was the suggestion from the error box.
Have loaded the latest ActiveX from microsoft.
