I was in my local Wally World today and they still had some of the Toshiba A2's left for $149, still a better deal than the 'el-cheapo' Chinese model.

The Venturer seems to be a Toshiba HD-A3 with a different case, both made in China. So you might say that the cheap Chinese player everybody has been waiting for has already been released by Toshiba. It's the more top of the line models that people are still waiting (like the Onkyo, which is only available in very limited supplies and most of which have been sold I think).Comment
