Italian Anti-Piracy Group FPM, who recently went after Mininova, has now set its sights on The Pirate Bay. Instead of asking for torrent removal as with Mininova and other sites, they plan to launch a $1.4 million dollar lawsuit against the torrent site, inspired after seeing recent successes against TPB in the courts, no doubt.
This follows lawsuits filed by the MPAA, a second time after TPB did not alter their operations following the first lawsuit, the Dutch agency BREIN, and now the FPM.
