The stability of The Pirate Bay website seems to be getting worse, with the site down on Friday, and now down again.
This followed an earlier episode where The Pirate Bay's home page listing was removed from Google via a DMCA complaint, but Google was quick to sort the problem out and re-listed TPB promptly.
The Pirate Bay is now hosted in the Netherlands after their Swedish web host were forced to comply with a court order to shut down the site. This time, Netherlands based ISP NForce has received similar orders from anti-piracy group BREIN. It is unknown when TPB will be online again.
The sale of TPB also seems to have stalled, with the new owners supposed to have taken control of the site already.
