i have this little gateway dv-s20 that records in mpeg-4... the camera works great but the video is really grainy... is there a program that i can use to clean it up so that it is depixilated? maybe even some kind of encoder... money isn't the issue... its just i recorded my sisters wedding and now she wants the video... and i can't give it to her like this...
