Copying XBox Game Play From Hard Drive To Memory Card

I have the XBox 360 and some of my games are the XBox versions. I was able to transfer my XBox 360 game plays from my hard drive to my memory card but games from the XBox itself doesn't work for that. The only ooption I get is Delete. The XBox 360 games have Copy, Modify and Delete. There is another option but I forgot what it is. Anyway, I want to back-up my XBox game plays because if my XBox 360 ever needs repairs and is written off, they will keep the hard drive and I'll have to play all my XBox games again with a replaced XBox 360. Some games are a nightmare to complete where they all seem to get harder than other games. I'd love to back them to my memory card so that I always have them safe. Another thing, when I play an XBox game for the first time it only saves to the hard drive and XBox 360 games allow me to have the choice if I want to save to the hard drive or the memory card where the option pops out of the left-hand side of my screen.
