The Best USB Tv Tuner / Card around ?

Hi.

For last few years, I've been using Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 on my desktop (XP SP2, Pentium 4).

Now that I got a laptop (ACER Centrino Core2Duo, XP SP2, 2GB RAM), I wanna get a USB TV Tuner for it:
- Preferably costs RM200 or less
- Preferably records in MPEG2 (like my PVR-150)
- Includes remote control if possible
- Includes software for scheduled/timer recordings
- FM radio not important but prefer the audio from the tv tuner to be in STEREO!
