WMP and MPC Titles and Chapters?

When using Windows Media Player you can set Show List Pane to display Titles and Chapters to the right of the video so it stays during the video.

Using Media Player Classic you can click Navigate, Jump To Titles and Chapters. Is there a way to keep Titles and Chapters to the right of the video like you can do in WMP?
