    Windows 7 do another good....

it makes intel to put virtualizing in its low end pentium dualcore...
meet the New pentium E6300 not the old E6300 C2d
new one has clock speed of 2.8, 2 mb cache and 1066 bus, + hardware Virtualization for XP Mode
Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!

Hmmmmm the way the stuff is coming out these days I guess the ideal job would be reviewing new systems/chips/software and you take the best picks home. Seems like as soon as you shell out and buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!

man it is shaking stuff certainly at Intel's...

Intel will launch two CPUs under the Celeron E3000 series initially in the third quarter – the Celeron E3200 and E3300, featuring core frequencies of 2.4GHz, and 2.5GHz, respectively, as well as the same 1MB L2 cache, 800MHz FSB, and 65W TDP. Celeron E3000 series CPUs will support VT-x virtualization.

Hmmmmm, what was that electrical theoretical limit on the frequency or something past which you had to use light waves and not electrical current? Doesn't seem to be stoppin' 'em so far. Or maybe the way around it is to keep doubling the number of cores instead of the Ghz??
