How do you convert xbox 360 games to iso directly on mac

I am wondering because I have a program to burn xbox 360 games and stealth patch them I just need to know where the file is on the disc because every time I put it in a movie comes up and when I look in the disc icon it says AUDIO_TS VIDEO_TS and there is nothing in the AUDIO_TS and a bunch of weird things in the VIDEO_TS.
