Turning Photos Into Frames Of Film

I rendered a Fox logo using Blender and I can't find the setting in any video software to turn the photos into frames of film. Each photo of my Fox logo lasts for ten seconds in every video software and it makes my Fox logo play in slow-motion. There's twenty-five frames of film per second, how do I make my photos move that fast?
