Moving Picasa Video (& Photo) Files

I'm posting in this particular forum, as I couldn't find a more appropriate
one...

I use Picasa to import my video files from my camcorder, but Picasa stores them on Drive C; which is rapidly filling up...

How can I

a) Configure Picasa to import/store to another drive, and

b) Move the video/photo files from Drive C: to the re-designated storage site?

I'm running under Win 7 Home Ed.
