I don 't know if this is a common problem, or specific to the potplayer viewer program.
I had been using the program successfully for some time, but suddenly, although the image seems alright, it appears like a ghost, located behind all screens, even the desktop. In this condition, all onscreen controls are non-working, and all I can do is go to the taskbar and close the window. The Daum website seems to have no access to any help function or forum.
