Love how these corporations like to have a bit of wiggle room when it comes to agreements the contracts. Although these quotes does suggest perhaps there is no "Blu-ray exclusive" contract, but rather, it is just Warner making a business decision by themselves, perhaps as a way to jump start the slow HD market.
