DVD software with timecode capacity ?

Does anyone know a DVD burningsoftware, like MyDVD, PowerDVD or else that can capture and reburn the timecode that a DV camre puts on a DV casette?

I have learned that it probably is a separate videostream. My old Sonic Foundry VideoFactory 2.0 handels it, but cannot handle DVD's.
