G'day.
Im about to buy a new burner as you have probably guessed from the other posts.
I have been reading through a few sites regarding this. I must admit I am a little confused.
There is talk that the DVD+R is 'better' then I have read that the DVD-R is better.
Now when I say 'better' I mean compatibility issues. All I require from this drive is to back up make copies of movies, and games. See being 4.7 gig I would like a few of my games on one disk. Just install them using the ISO I put on the DVD. I can have 1 game CD containing 3-4 games.
As for the movies, I would like to be able to use them on a set top DVD player. I doubt I would use the Re-Write function, as I have neer used it with the CD writing I do.
Thanks lads....
