I wanted to backup minority report. I did it like this :
first i ripped the complete movie to my hd with dvd decrypter, then i used dvd shrink 1.03 to make the movie less smaller. And after that's all done, i write the dvd with the software copy to dvd.
I've written about 4 other dvd's like this, and it all worked perfect. But now after he completed bout 15% my systems just freezes, and stops doing anything.
I got a NEC 1100 A burner and I use nashua dvd+r discs, which has proven to be good for me in the past.
I tried it togain with another movie, but the same way, and it freezed again. Surprisingly there is no log findable of what this error caused, so I ain't have a clue what caused it. Do u guys have an idea ?
I'm heading to the shop tomoz, to get myself a dvd+rw disc, which i can erase till i can figure out the problem. If it's stays doing it, does it means my writer is broken, or is the software jammed ??
