I bought these from Best Buy, in a 5 pack w/jewel cases. I have had %100 success with them, all burned at 2.4X . I have erased and re-written on them several times. (I use all my +RW disc to first burn to and check video quality, if all is ok I then burn them to a DVD+R and erase the DVD+RW to use later for further testing purposes.)
