NTSC>PAL/PAL>NTSC before or after???
I always use PAL when encoding movies using DVDx. I would like to know if:
After I encode the movie using DVDx to PAL and for some reason I changed my mind that I wanted it to be NTSC. What is the best way to do it without encoding it again???? I've seen a settings in VCDeasy about PAL/NTSC etc etc... Would I be able to convert a recently converted movie from PAL to NTSC while I'm burning it??
Any suggestions on how to do it quickly without me having to encode the ripped movies again using NTSC settings? If there is a shorter way, can you please let me know. Thank you.
