Ok I have a svcd (4 CD's) that I was going to convert to a 2 CD divx rip using gknot and divx 5.02.
After all is done the audio is way off a 1/4 into the movie. At first I thought it might be because the movie is just to long but now I'm thinking it's the #number of frames gknot selected.
When I use DVD2AVI and load up the files and preview it shows 29.970 fps but there is alot of interlacing problems. So I select force film which gets rid of the interlacing problems but then it shows the frame rate as 23.976.
When I create the project should I save it using forced film and then manually change it in gknot back to 29.970? Or should I just save it with the interlacing problems but with the frame rate at 29.970 and then deinterlace it when I do the "save and encode"?
