Hi, first sorry for my very bad english.
I have a problem for encoding an episode of anime, this is during 22min24, and I want a video of 170 MB. But this episode is very dark, also when I determine the dimension I try to have 0.23 for the bits/pixels. And the problem when I launch a compressibilty test, the result is : 136% (the dimension was PAL 16/9 504x304) !!! Also I try to have a compressiblity test about 70% , for this I change the dimension to PAL 4/3 640x480, but the bits/pixels down at 0.123. How I can improve the bits/pixels at 0.24 and down the compressibility test at 60-70% ?
