Ogg Audio out of Sync

I have made a rip of 'Kiss of the Dragon'. When i saved the project in dvd2avi I forced film it as it said 'film' thus reducing the framerate from 29.970 to 23.976. However when i mux the video with the audio (made from OggMachine) with OggMux0.92 the end result is the audio being out-of-sync, even if i decrease the framrate in OggMachine.

So what should i do?
