hey...so ...
....Problem.....
I installed "tsunami.bla,bla,bla pack 3.9.9",and i culdnt play mpg files almost in any player i had(only "power dvd" worked)
.....Question.....
When i encode a dvd in "DVDx",i get ,lets say "5fps" written in info box,but when i look at frame counter,i see that framerate is double of that!!!(10fps),why??and time isn't really 2times shorter,maybe a 1/4
