Multiple Language avi problem

i just encoded an avi movie with 2 languages using gordian knot.. but the problem is when i watch it.. every 5 mins the audio stops... even if i seek through the movie... i can get the audio back while in any position of the movie, by using morgan stream switcher to switch languages... then switch back.

any ideas if its the avi or my codecs?
