How much faster convert time?

I have a Pentium 4 - 2.4GHz overclocked to 2.6GHz w/533MHz FSB, and 512 pc1066MHz RAMBUS. I can usually encode anywhere from 35-45fps in with GK. What would the results be if I swapped the cpu out for a 3.06GHz w/HyperThreading w/533MHz FSB? Would it be a siginificant performance jump in conversion fps? I could possibly overclock the 3.06 to roughly 3.26GHz. Just wondering. I could use more power in other apps and figured I would also ask around about the conversion side of things. Thanx
