I have used Tmpgenc dvd source creator for the last 9 months without any problem. I capture my video with windows movie maker and then convert to mpeg with tmpgenc. Lately the mpeg output has had blacked out clips, making the finished dvd look flashy in points. I have used the same conversion (vbr) in all of the conversions. Any ideas of how I can fix this problem?
