Still picture for 3hours

Hi!

I've got a little problem with a Kevin Costner Film...
I'm usin FlaskMPEG6 for the compression. The film should last 3:42 but the final film has more than 7hours.. the additional time is filled by a still image and i don't know why!

could it be that a vob file is corrupt?
