AC3 to Dolby MP3 ?

In the AC3-File are 6ch (for Dolby 5.1, if the DVD has 5.1
)
Are there any possibilities to convert the AC3-File into an MP3-File, that includes all the 6ch ?
OR is there any program to convert AC3 into 2 MP3-Files, each 2ch ?
One MP3 with front sound, one with rear sound (4ch in this way) ?
