I'm not entirely sure how this happened, but I was playing an XviD encoded video file using BSPlayer 1.00 RC1 build 808 and then BSPlayer was abnormally terminated (how and when exactly escapes me). After I restarted, I learned that the file was terminally locked; I could not play it, move it, copy it or delete it and now it is trapped there. How can I fix this?
