Accessing .vob files from a PC application

We've developed a CyberKiosk TouchScreen application using Visual J++. It provides the user with access to a predetermined list of web sites only by URL filtering and blocking pop ups etc. We also allow MPEG-1 files to be played from the local hardrive via an embed Windows Media Player ActiveX control in our application.

We'd now like to play VOB files in a similar way !!

Does anybody know of an ActiveX component or SDK, or indeed any other solution, or am I just barking
