It's just the very first version, so i'm waiting bugs release, and features requests. Please be indulgent 
...
Download : http://members.fortunecity.fr/0xygn/MSK_Mux_0.1beta.zip (VB-Runtime is needed)
Before running MSK Muxer.exe, you have to register needed filters and FSFWrap.dll by running Register.bat
PS : if somebody knows directshow coding, please inform me cause i'm searching some code (to clear filters in graph, to calcul the final matroska file size,etc...)

I.Description
MSK Mux is a Matroska Muxer using DirectShow Filters interface.
II. Changes
0.1beta :
- Video : AVI, RealVideo (RM,RMVB) (only one video stream)
- Audio : Wav, Ogg (number of streams not limited today)
- Output : *.mkv, *.mka (chosen manualy)
III. Futurs changes
- Audio : add MPEG-Layer III (MP3), AC3 and DTS support
- the possibility to add subtitles streams
- Output : chosen automaticaly
- Muxing state in % or time
- ...
