Am looking at getting robust Active-X components or command line tools to do the following
video and audio conversion:

convert avi to wmv supporting multiple bit rate options ( both standard as well as divx)
convert mov to wmv supporting multiple bit rate options
convert mpeg to wmv supporting multiple bit rate options
Audio
convert rm to wma supporting multiple bit rate options
convert mp3 to wma supporting multiple bit rate options
Are there any softwares like the ones above
