adding video

I am building my own page using netscape composer. In my videos page I am able to link to windows media player yet the movie gives me this error message.

The source filter for this file could not be loaded.

I can play the video fine directly out of my folder yet on the web page it won't play. I am assuming I don't have the right HTML.
Any suggestions?
