I have a tendency to encode my mpeg2 video at 2-pass VBR with Highest Quality in TMPGEnc, but it takes me two hours to encode 22 minutes of video on my computer. Is there really all that much difference between High Quality and Highest Quality, and what about that Motion Estimate Search option?
