How to handle subtitle delay in IfoEdit?

Hi here is the text file from DVDDecrypter

    Code:
    0x20 - Subtitle - English / LBA: 2529 / PTS: 00:00:06.263 / [COLOR=red]Delay: 6039ms[/COLOR]
    0x21 - Subtitle - English / LBA: 2530 / PTS: 00:00:06.263 / [COLOR=red]Delay: 6039ms[/COLOR]
    0x22 - Subtitle - Français / LBA: 2531 / PTS: 00:00:06.263 / [COLOR=red]Delay: 6039ms[/COLOR]
    0x23 - Subtitle - Français / LBA: 2532 / PTS: 00:00:06.263 / [COLOR=red]Delay: 6039ms[/COLOR]
    0x80 - Audio - AC3 / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / English / LBA: 59 / PTS: 00:00:00.223 / Delay: 0ms
    0x81 - Audio - AC3 / 6ch / 48kHz / DRC / Français / LBA: 60 / PTS: 00:00:00.223 / Delay: 0ms
    0x82 - Audio - AC3 / 2ch / 48kHz / DRC / English / LBA: 61 / PTS: 00:00:00.223 / Delay: 0ms
    0xE0 - Video - MPEG-2 / 720x480 (NTSC) / 16:9 / Letterboxed / LBA: 53 / PTS: 00:00:00.223 / Delay: 0ms
Now my question is ... how to make the subtitles in sync with the video when authoring a new DVD in IfoEdit ? I know we can delay the audio but the subtitle there are no option for that, can I change that later in the IFO file ?

Yes, that's my first post, but before posting I have used the nice search button unfortunately I didn't found my answer ...

    Thanks in advance
