Hi Folks.
I have a DV Camcorder. Pinnacle DV300 card, and Premier 5.1.
I'm close to buying a Pioneer A03 writer.
I want to get home movies to DVD, so they look as good as playing straight from the camcorder.
I've downloaded so many trials of stuff, I need to reformat my PC!
Questions :
How should I be getting my finished Premier movies converted?
TMPEGENC (Which gives me read errors! but is OK)
A plug in? If so which?
I don't know if it's my imagination, but looking at mpgs I've created, motion seems to give a serrated edge. Will this be obvious on a TV?
Authoring Recommendations:
Two options please - one basic : Movie Factory or similar
one more advanced, when I get confident with menus etc.
Writing
Is the Pioneer the right choice for me?
What should I use to burn?
Finally, Subtitling. If I want to add subtitles that can be switched on & off on a DVD player, can it be done easily?
I haven't got money to burn!
