set audio & subtitles in IFOEDIT

Is it possible with IFOEDIT to set a particular audio and subtitle in my backed up movies, so I do not have to choose them (audio & subtitle) with the remote control?

If possible, can you give me instructions on how to do it, or tell me of any link in which I can find instructions?
