Just wondering, does benbryant's method reduce "PAL speedup"?
I have a movie in PAL that was sped up by 4% (I also have the reigon 1 DVD), and I wanted to convert it back, but wanted to have them the same speed. If his method doesn't slow the video down, anyone know how to?
