Right off the bat I have a macpro not a pc! What I am looking for is a program that would allow me to interleave frames from two or more videos, either alternating single frames p from one to the other, or, alternating 2 frames from video A and 2 frames to video B through both clips, adding multiple frames from one video to the other.
The ability to change fps up to say; 120p fps or down to 10p fps depending on the effect I'm looking to create?
