An interesting experience with DVD Decrypter 3.1.9.0 :
I was having trouble with burned DVD+RW set at MAX speed in ISO-Write mode. The resultant TDK 2.4X +RW discs were often unplayable/flacky even in the TDK 440N (4/2.4X +/-) drive used to burn them - not to mention my home standalone DVD player - Decrypt reported burning at 2.3X in about 23 minutes.
So I changed the drop down write speed from MAX to 2X. Then I burned...
Decrypt burned in about 23 minutes and reported 2.3X speed anyway!
HERE's the COOL PART...the resultant +RW disc played perfectly - just like my +R's which I never have trouble with (I use 2.4X +R Philips at MAX write speed without trouble)
Very interesting...no loss of time, better result. Wonder what would happen at 1X?
