DVR with hard drive, DVD, & VCR?

Is there any such thing as a DVR that has a hard drive, DVD player and recorder, and VCR all in the same unit on the market today?

In other words, I would be interested in at least considering the idea of purchasing a unit that could store programs on disk, record these stored programs on disk to a DVD or to a VCR, and record from VCR to DVD as well.
