ICOPYDVDS2 problem

Hi. I've used icopydvds2 and dvd43 in the past with no problem for episodic dvd's.It usually took about 30 min to read the disc, then approx 30 min to write it. I've been trying for 1 week now and it takes over 1 hour to read it, then when I try to write it (finally) an error comes up with check error log and there is no log. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong> I've had no problems with it for the longest time!
